Shipping Timeframe

-All orders require 4-6 weeks for processing and delivery. This timeframe allows for quality control, packaging, and safe shipment of our premium products.

-Orders are processed in the order they are received and may also take additional time during high volume periods or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

-Tracking numbers will be provided once your order is shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.

-Boujee Clouds is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. Please double check your address before submitting your order.

-If a package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photo or tracking proof. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
