Returns and refunds

At Boujee Clouds, we take pride in providing premium, luxury quality products. Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary and safety reasons:

-NO REFUND POLICY: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed.

-EXCHANGE POLICY- 10 DAYS - We offer exchanges only if the item arrives damaged or defective.

To qualify for an exchange: You must contact us within 10 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Proof of the purchase is required. Photo or video evidence of the issue must be submitted.

If approved, we will replace the item with the same product, or issue store credit if the item is out of stock.

We cannot exchange used products, items without original packaging, or items damaged due to improper handling or personal use.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our end.
